Use the Balance export: in Stripe go to Dashboard → Balances → Export, pick the last 90 days, and upload the file as it downloads. It checks every payout, plus revenue, fees and refunds.

Other exports that work, and the columns each needs

Payout reconciliation report (Reports → Payout reconciliation → Itemized) checks each payout against its own transactions.

Payments export (Dashboard → Payments → Export) checks revenue, fees, refunds and failed payments, but not payouts.

Balance export: Type, Amount, Fee, Net, Currency, Created (UTC) and Available On (UTC).

Payments export: Amount, Amount Refunded, Fee, Status and Currency.

Amounts can be in any currency.

An export covers less than a key. The result page says what it couldn't check.

A key only needs read access to nine objects: Balance, Charges, Customers, Disputes, Invoices, Payment methods, Payouts, Refunds, Subscriptions. It can't change anything in your Stripe account.
