Conciliq vs A2X
A2X posts e-commerce settlements to the books. Conciliq checks Stripe payouts. They suit different clients.
A2X
From $29/mo
A2X turns Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, TikTok Shop and PayPal settlements into summarized entries in QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite or Sage. It is priced per sales channel by monthly orders: Shopify starts at $29/mo for up to 200 orders, and multi-channel plans start at $89/mo. Stripe is covered only as the way a supported store takes payment, not as an account of its own.
Conciliq
Free · $39/mo
Conciliq reads a Stripe account directly with a read-only key and checks every payout each morning against the charges, fees, refunds and disputes behind it. It never posts to the books. The Bookkeeper plan covers up to 10 client Stripe accounts for $99/mo.

Where A2X is the better pick
- The client sells on Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart or TikTok Shop. A2X is built for those settlements; Conciliq doesn't read them.
- You want the entries made for you. A2X writes summarized sales, fees and refunds into QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite or Sage. Conciliq never writes to the books.
- The client holds inventory. A2X for Shopify includes a cost of goods sold report from its Basic plan up.
- You run many e-commerce clients. A2X's partner program takes 10% to 20% off once a firm has 5 or more clients on it.
The verdict
For e-commerce clients, A2X does a job Conciliq doesn't: it posts the settlements to the books. For SaaS and service clients billed through Stripe, A2X has no direct Stripe connection, while Conciliq reads the Stripe account itself and tells you each morning which payouts add up. A firm with both kinds of client can use both.
